Soundflower basically can record the sounds you produce with the VSTs if the program you are using (Reason, Garageband, Logic, e.t.c.) cant load the VST/Plugin/Program/Whatever. It pretty much records every sound being produced on your computer to put it simply. You may not even need it lol. I will go into further detail about it if you guys have any questions about it.
Check out this screenshot. Basically you install a windows VST/Plugin as you normally would, open up the program, and click the IMPORT VST PLUGIN underneath the 'Plugins' list. Here is a screenshot. The VST will load in that large black space next to the interface. It even has some built in knobs and stuff for effects! :D
