Inspired by the special sound of Chinese instruments and Mongolian singers, we decided it was time to create an inspiring instrument in this area to fill a huge gap in today’s world of virtual instruments.

Consisting of more than 50 instruments distributed over more than 100 instrument patches, Jade Ethnic Orchestra gives you the opportunity to choose between several categories, such as ensembles of stringed strings, solo stringed bows, plucked strings, voices, woodwinds, percussion (based on our mechanism X3M)) and developed soundproof tablets created specifically for the library by Lyubomir Goshev. The library was co-produced by composer and multi-instrumentalist Seth Tsui, who conducted and recorded sessions in Beijing, China.

JADE Ethnic Orchestra is a huge collection of Asian ethnic instruments. Most of the instruments taken from the samples come from China, but along with them we included others, such as the Hoomai male choir, the Longsong Mongolian quartet, Moorin-Khuur, Shakuhachi and many others that Asia should be proud of. A detailed list of library contents, a detailed description of tools, and other technical information can be found at the end of this manual.

It usually sells for $35, but it’s now free for a while, so make sure to get it while you can!

You’ll need a MIDI Controller

Chinese Percussion Vst Free Download

In order to be able to use these plugins properly, you will need some sort of MIDI Controller.

While you can use your mouse to map the MIDI in your DAW, it’s a lot faster and easier to do it with a keyboard/controller.

My recommendation here is for you to get something like the M-Audio Oxygen 25 MK IV MIDI Controller which you can find at Amazon at a very affordable price, plus it comes with some extra software like Pro Tools First.

Conclusion

It was actually hard to find good-sounding Indian VST that were actually free, but here are the ones I found.
